I certify that the information stated in this nomination form is true and correct, and I understand
that I must fulfill the following attendance requirements if elected to a position:
Attend mock session in its entirety,
Attend Officers Training Day (April 19, 2007) in its entirety,
Attend the Model Government Convention in its entirety.
If I am elected and am unable to meet these requirements, I must notify the YMCA office at
once and they will move the alternate into the position.
