Inactive Students: When you choose Yes, they have quit from the Inactivate? drop down box,
the date of this action is automatically recorded in that field. This date is used to determine the fees
to be paid by that student.
NOTICE: It is critical that you INACTIVATE students prior to deadlines. The invoice below your
roster is calculated based on the inactive date which is set by the web site when you update a record.
Because there are three separate deadlines for payments, note that the TOTAL field is NOT
automatically calculated.
