I have started by uploading last years roster minus the graduated seniors. You can inactivate any
non-returning students and add any new ones to the list. Note that graduated seniors may appear
on your roster if they had incorrect or non-existent grade information from last year, please
inactivate these students.
D. Updating Rosters: To update your roster, make all of your changes and click the UPDATE
button. Additional information about each participant is also stored on your roster. To access and
update this information click the blue ID Number next to the name.
E. Inactivate? Field: Inactive students will show either the word Yes or their withdrawal
date, active students will appear as Active on the Roster Page. To change a students status simply
update the Inactivate? field. All records listed as inactive will be purged after the first roster due
date.
F. Add New Record: To add a new student, adult or volunteer, simply click the Add New Record
Button.
G. Secured Server: The web site is now sporting a new Secure Socket Layer from GeoTrust.
This means that all of the data you enter is protected information. To help insure this protection
works, please click the Logout button when you leave the Registration System area of the web
site. You will also notice that you have access to your club only, no more pull-down menus with
everyones data visible!
